CSU Celebrates ā€˜Amazing’ Leadership of Women

Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Connie Schultz was the keynote speaker at Āé¶¹“«Ć½ā€™s first Women’s Leadership Symposium. More than 400 attendees packed the CSU Student Center’s Glasscock Family Ballroom for the April 15 event, whose theme was ā€œBe Amazing.ā€

Schultz is a nationally syndicated columnist for Creators Syndicate and essayist for Parade Magazine. Her work also has appeared in The New York Times and The Washington Post, among other publications.

ā€œSometimes the best definition of ā€˜be amazing’ is that we don’t give up – and that’s enough,ā€ Schultz told the audience. ā€œIt’s more than enough.ā€
